  Front of house, back of house, and customer areas remained functional at all times. Disruptive works were scheduled outside trading hours, supported by clear communication with Westfield management and Westpac stakeholders.

• Services Coordination
  Maintaining uninterrupted operation of data, security, and essential services was critical. Detailed coordination plans ensured zero downtime for banking systems.

• Council & Compliance
  The Certificate of Public Use was planned and coordinated with council from the outset, allowing staged approvals and inspections to keep the programme moving.

• Programme Delivery
  Tight timeframes were achieved, with all original programmed dates met. Early engagement with consultants and proactive sequencing were key to maintaining momentum.

• Seismic Restraint
  Existing services were found to require seismic restraint. Harrier Construction responded with careful planning and execution, erecting a scaffold within the 3-metre ceiling void to complete works safely.
